Description

Here we have a wonderful George III Oak chest on chest c1780. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a moulded pediment with two over three drawers below. The drawers are all solid Oak lined and have hand cut dovetail joints and cockbeaded edges. There are beautiful brass handles and the top and base separate. The base has three drawers with a decorative moulding to the top and it sits on original bracket feet. This is a chest on chest which is not to large standing at approx 177 cm high 111 cm wide 56 cm deep. A super period chest in great retail condition ready for your home.
