A fine matching pair of mahogany bachelor’s chests, each with four graduated drawers and a pull-out brushing or writing slide above. Beautifully proportioned and crafted from richly figured mahogany, the chests display a warm, well-polished patina that highlights the natural grain of the wood. Each drawer is fitted with elegant brass swan-neck handles and traditional escutcheons, all resting on shaped bracket feet typical of the Georgian style.
