Here we have a fine quality solid Walnut chest of drawers by Heal and Son c1890. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. This chest is outstanding quality throughout as you would expect from Heal and Son. The top has great colour and grain. Below there is a desirable configuration of two over four drawers with the four long drawers graduated. The drawers retain their original and beautiful brass drops and has decorative reeded mouldings to the front. The drawers retain the original VR stamped locks giving the Victorian date and they are all Mahogany lined with hand cut dovetail joints. This would have been a very expensive piece at the time of making and is of remarkable quality. The chest is offered in excellnet retail condition and ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 123 cm wide 122 cm high 53 cm deep.
