A late 19thC (circa 1890) portrait of a gentleman. Oil on canvas laid on board. A distinguished fellow with a distinctive bow tie and gold pins to his dress shirt. Well painted facial features . Unsigned within a git frame with a wooden back. Hanging ring to the top rear.
