Description

Circa 1820. Neat size burr elm Dutch shaped-front chest of drawers, featuring a burr elm top withholder crenelated fore-edges, positioned above four shaped-front drawers. The drawers have engraved brass handles and escutcheons, and solid oak linings. The chest with canted sides is supported on bun feet at the front and rear bracket feet. Lovely mellow colour and excellent patina.
