Antique Victorian Oak Wellington Chest of Drawers C1860 W6379/26.4

Description

Antique victorian oak wellington chest of drawers and dating from around 1860. It has a moulded edge to the top with carved acanthus leaf volutes and seven graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original turned knob handles. To one side there is a locking bar with original lock and key which releases the drawers when opened. It stands on a plinth base.

Measures: 41" high X 13.5" deep X 20" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep nut brown colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the period.
