These two jugs were both made around the same period 1886-1930.
The majolica jug is in the manner of George jones although unmarked, it has a tiny rim chip clearly photographed . But otherwise in superb condition and all the relief detail is intact.
The Lambeth ( Doulton) stoneware jug is clearly back stamped and marked . The upper body is deep cobalt blue and then it has a relief row and jewelling.
The body has alternate coloured sprig ware
