An Early 19th Century Oak Dresser.
The chamfered and ogee profile cornice over a frieze with wrought iron cup hooks, above the three shelves, with reed edge facings, and wrought iron cup hooks to each shelf. The shelves with an interior rear groove to stand plates. The base with rounded turret corners, surrounded by a rounded moulding, over an arrangement of five drawers, centred by the arch of the frieze. The drawers with diamond bone escutcheons and brass knob handles. The ring turned column form legs fronting the panelled pot board. The whole raised on plinth feet.
A small and well proportioned dresser with a good colour and patination.
Date circa 1810.
