Description

A lovely mahogany tabletop cabinet dating from the late 19th / early 20th century. Most likely used in a Post Office or similar environment for filing important letters and documents. It has two nicely panelled doors that open to a fitted interior with seven divisions and it comes with a working key.

It is in good condition for its age and the mahogany has developed a lovely rich patina. It is not without some knocks and marks and surface scratches on the top surface (see photos) but on the whole it displays well. The interior is clean and tidy and it has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
