Description

Antique gun metal calendar pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some marking.

The watch measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gun metal with gold plated highlights. As with many gun metal cases, there is surface marking to the back of the watch.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.

The dial has four subsidiary dials for day, date, month and moon phase (the moon phase is purely decorative and does not move). The three subsidiary dials are set by way of the small buttons on the side of the watch.

Pin-set hour and minute hands.

There are a lot of hairlines to the dial although quite faint.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
