Description

A most impressive large oak sideboard extensively carved throughout with four large Caryatids in pairs on each door and a central head of a wild Boar to the centre of the upstand.

Country House condition, staright out of a house with signs of age and possibly would benefit from a little tidying up. There are some loose joints that just require a little glueing. There are some marks in the top such as ring-marks and a larger dark stain to the right side as you look at the photo. these are all part of its age and character and it is perfectly acceptable to use as it is. Priced for a quick sale as short of space, but buyer will get an item that would cost several times more if purchased retail.

This fine monumental sideboard will be the focal point of any grand room.
