This 19thc oak pot board dresser base was made circa 1860.
 
The cabinetmaker used the geometrical designs that were first popular in the Jacobean period.
 
It is fitted 3 drawers all faced with the fine mouldings and the original brass drop handles.
 
Standing on its 3 front turned legs that join the pot board, that consists of 3 full length boards.
