Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Introduced in the late 19th century, Royal Worcester Blush Ivory porcelain features a soft, matte cream-to-ivory ground achieved through delicate spray glazing, commonly decorated with hand-painted floral motifs and gilded details.

These items were slip-cast or hand-moulded from fine porcelain, fired to a matte finish, and subsequently decorated by factory artisans using polychrome enamel paint and liquid gold leaf gilding on handles and rims.

Authentic items feature the printed Royal Worcester factory mark on the underside, accompanied by a date coding system of dots or letters alongside impressed shape and size numbers.

Porcelain pitchers can be styled as decorative accent pieces on open shelving, displayed on top of a sideboard, or utilized as small vessel displays for single-stem dried florals.

Gilded porcelain should be washed gently by hand using lukewarm water and mild liquid soap, avoiding abrasive sponges, chemicals, or dishwashers to protect the delicate gilding and enamels.
