George III Mahogany Batchelors Chest

Description

A good George III mahogany Batchelors Chest of three long and two short graduating drawers, with a brushing slide above. The well-figured top has canted and reeded decoration around three sides. Original brass swan-neck drop handles / key escutcheons (sadly no key). Supported on solid ogee feet.

Condition: A good solid piece; Superb colour and depth of patina. Recommended.

Dimensions: Height: 33.75 inches.  Width: 33 inches.  Depth: 20 inches. (86cm x 84.5cm x 51cm)
