Rare Heals Antique Fumed Oak Chest of Drawers

Only a handful of this rare Heals antique oak chest of drawers on stand were ever made in 1899. This example is in perfect original condition and is made in solid fumed oak. Featuring two short drawers over three long and graduating drawers, along with a single long drawer to the stretchered oak base. All the beautifully oak lined drawers run well and have the original iron handles and heart shaped keyhole covers. The chest section can lift of the oak base that has a lovely shaped apron to the front and sides, with a moulded waist above. Complete with the large oval brass Heals makers label and also a drawer is stamped by the maker. Great provenance and in superb condition.
