The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a Swiss 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9ct gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Edinburgh 1964. The case has general light surface marking and a little unevenness to the back.

The signed dial is in lovely condition with original hands and a subsidiary seconds dial.
Bravingtons was a London jeweller and retailer who registered the Renown brand name in 1935, for watches sold under their own name.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a vintage Bravingtons presentation box. The interior has discoloured with age but still good to have the box.
