Gents Tissot wrist watch, 1955.

The watch has a 15-jewel calibre 27B-1 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 3357774 which dates it back to 1955.

The watch measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is chromium plated and appears to have been re-plated at some stage, it is in good condition. The inside of the case back is signed with the Tissot logo.

The winding crown is a plain later replacement.

The lens is in lovely condition (some reflection showing in the photos).

The dial has been professionally refinished at some point so it appears as though the watch had a complete overhaul some time ago. The dial is in lovely condition, original feuille shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
