Description

Antique Waltham Riverside pocket watch, 1901.

The watch has a high grade 19 jewel Riverside movement which is working nicely. The movement has screw set jewels in gold settings, a Breguet hairspring and Church 1892 patent regulator. It is fully signed and the serial number 10,505,451 dates it back to 1901.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and was made by the supplier to Waltham, Fahys of New York. Overall, the case is in good condition, just minor marking, and one indentation to the back.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has one short crack to the inner circle but otherwise is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
