Gents Omega Seamaster automatic wrist watch, 1962.
The watch has a 24-jewel calibre 552 automatic movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 19,345,173 which dates it back to 1962.
The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel. The front is in good condition with just very light surface marks.

The inside of the case back has the Omega logo together with the case reference 165 010 which is correct for the calibre 552 movement.
Signed Omega winding crown.
The later lens is in good condition (some reflection showing on the photos).

The signed dial has probably been re-finished at some stage, it is in lovely condition. Original hands and centre seconds.
The watch comes on a beads of rice bracelet with a replacement Omega clasp from a 1171/1 bracelet. The bracelet currently fits a 19cn wrist although there is capacity on the clasp to make it around 2cm smaller.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
NB: Where we have specified a year of manufacture, this is based on hallmarks or serial numbers with published databases. The 'date of manufacture' given by SellingAntiques will vary slightly as the website only works to decades, not specific years.
