The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a 25-jewel automatic movement, by Felsa for Rodania, which is working nicely.
Early automatic watches had been powered with bumper movements.
Felsa subsequently developed an automatic movement where the rotor moved in both directions and this bi-directional was duly named the Bidynator.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold filled and it is in good condition with just the odd minor mark, nothing serious at all. The inside of the case back is signed Rodania Watch Co.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good condition. The outer minute markers have numerals which is a nice feature.
A ‘new old stock’ leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
