Gents 1950s Cyma Triplex Wristwatch

1940 - 1960
Description

Gents 1950s Cyma Triplex wristwatch.

The watch has a signed 17 jewel hand-winding movement, calibre Cyma R.459, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is plated while the case back is stainless steel. The case is in lovely condition, as is the lens.

The signed dial is its original finish with dauphine shaped hands and a centre seconds hand. The concentric circles running through the numbers and markers gives the watch a very handsome appearance.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
