Antique Koh-I-Noor pocket watch with chain.

The Koh-I-Noor was probably named after one of the most famous diamonds in human history. The Persian word Koh-I-Noor means mountain of light. The diamond’s magnanimous traits and size make it a most desirable precious stone. Kohinoor's ownership has always been a topic of controversy.

This particular watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a lot of scratching.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel. The front is in good condition. The hinged case back has a few small marks and a little unevenness.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The dial is in good condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes with a single chain, 25cm long including the clasps.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
