Description

An atmospheric landscape depicting a house by a lake on a luminous autumn day. The painting is dated 1930 and indistinctly signed Guiguet, or possibly Jacquet. Since both are fairly common French surnames, I have not been able to identify the artist.

The oil on canvas measures 50 x 61 cm. It will be delivered with a frame, which however is in far condition only and does not fit the painting perfectly. The overall framed size is 59 x 73 cm.
