Description

Gents 1950s Roamer wrist watch.

The watch has a signed 17-jewel hand-winding movement, MST 371, which is working nicely. This movement was in production from 1944 until 1962, and we would place this particular piece back to the early 1950s.

The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is chrome plated while the case back is stainless steel. There is a little rubbing to the front of the handsomely shaped lugs, and general light surface marking, but overall very acceptable for a 1950s piece.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with feuille shaped hands and centre seconds hand in a blued steel finish.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
