A beautiful and very decorative antique Victorian shabby chic chest of drawers. This was made in England & I would date it from around the 1880’s period.

It is made from painted pine, which has acquired the most beautiful patina over the years. This kind of look can only be achieved authentically over one hundred years or more. It’s not contrived like most of these chests on the market place.

This is nicely made and in good structural condition. It sits on casters, and the metal handles have been replaced at some point over the years. There is just one extremely minor bit of damage to the beading on the very lower front edge, barely noticeable but seen in the close up images.
