An 18th Century English Oak Dresser Base of Low Proportions.
The piece with a planked top, panelled sides and three drawers supported on five straight legs. Of finely figured timber with prominent medullary rays throughout. Having low proportions this piece is particularly useful. Retaining the original plate brass handles and escutcheons and having an excellent colour. An attractive and versatile piece of country furniture.
