The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem winding English lever movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop.
The case has light wear to the engine turned detail and some mild unevenness to the hinged case back.

The later acrylic lens has light marking around the edge but not too detrimental.
The enamel dial is signed The Express English Lever, J G Graves, Sheffield. The dial has several faint hairline cracks. Original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
