Description

Gents 1960s Dugena 444 wrist watch.

The watch has a Dugena 688 hand-winding movement (based on the PUW 360 which was in production from 1963 until 1969) which is working nicely. The movement is also stamped with the letters DBGM (Deutsches Bundes-Gebrauchsmuster., German Federal Registered Design).

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated and the plate is in lovely condition. The signed case back is stainless steel and it has light surface marking.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and centre seconds hand. There is some age related marking to the dial and a little darkening but still very easy to read the time.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
