Antique Georgian Mahogany Chest on Chest C1780 Wdb6190/4.1

Description

Antique georgian mahogany chest on chest and dating from around 1780. It has a cornice top with dental moulding and deep cross banded frieze above two short drawers over three long drawers to the top section and with a further three long drawers to the base section. All of the drawers are oak lined with original brass handles. It is moulded to the base and stands on bracket feet. The top separates for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the georgian period.

Measures: 76" high X 22.5" deep X 47" wide
