Description

A beautiful chest of drawers, this marble topped commode has a gorgeous burr walnut pattern which is matched across the drawer fronts and has a wonderful colour. The removable marble is grey and has angled corners. The four drawers are opened using the key which is provided. This piece has the clean, simple lines expected for the Louis Philippe style and will fit well into any space to provide storage and a display surface which is easy to maintain.

Dating to the 19th century, this is made of walnut and marble, and originates from France.

In good age related condition. There are some very minor nibbles along the back of the marble and a small chip from the back left corner, but none of this is obtrusive and the front and sides are smooth. The key is available and the locks work.
