Description

A lovely Louis Philippe figured walnut commode with a beautiful grain and colour, this has a removable grey marble top and decorative brass escutcheons with a floral motif. The four drawers are opened using the keys which are provided. This piece has the clean, simple lines expected for a piece in this style and will fit well into any space to provide storage and a display surface which is easy to maintain.

Dating to the 19th century, this is made of walnut and marble, and originates from France.

In good age related condition. The marble is without chips. The bottom three locks work well, but the top one is a little stiff.
