A highly decorative and period Elm chest of drawers, with later Chinoiserie decoration. C1740

In one solid piece with two short drawers and four long, later additions including brass handles and replacement moulding.

Signed by the artist 'Gianni' most likely the work of Italian watercolour artist Maria Gianni (1873-1956).
