Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.

Creamware is a type of refined earthenware featuring a pale yellow or cream-coloured lead glaze, developed in England during the 18th century and continuing through the Edwardian period.

These pieces are typically fashioned from refined earthenware clay, thrown on a potters wheel, and finished with applied horizontal bands and a smooth glaze before kiln firing.

Authenticity is assessed by examining the weight, glaze pooling, crazing patterns, base characteristics, and manufacturing marks indicative of early 20th-century ceramic production.

They can be displayed on open shelving, used as vases for fresh foliage, or grouped on a sideboard to add historical texture to neutral interiors.

Wash by hand using mild detergent and warm water, avoiding harsh abrasives or dishwashers to protect the historic glaze and prevent staining through crazing.
