'Rochester from the River'
Sometimes confused with his father, Henry and his brother JC Dawson. Between 1860 and 1878 he exhibited 31 Marine
Galleries. His work covered Coastal and Harbour scenes together with some inshore pieces. He lived in Chertsey, Camberwell and Chiswick with his father. This Fine example of his work shows why he is so admired and collected. He was a Member of the Society of British Artists.
