Set of Six Late Georgian Prints ‘Views of Windsor Castle’

A very interesting and decorative set of six prints of Windsor castle. The hand-coloured aquatints are from a set of views by William Daniell RA (1769-1837) of which there were twelve in the set. The prints are all in good worn country house condition, there is some discolouration and marking. The prints retain the original gilded frames which again are quite worn in areas. The group has a great faded English country house look and a huge decorative impact. C.1830.
