Here we have a superb oil on canvas att to William Callcott Knell (1830-1876) of ships in a storm off the harbour, the picture is well framed and presented in a gilt frame and has a dedication for William Callcott Knell fl 1848-1865 which eludes to his most productive years of painting when he was exhibited at the Royal Academy.
