The size overall being 41 x 31" ( 104 x 79 cm).whilst the painitng is x 20" x 32" (50.8 x 81.3cm)

housed in a gilt frame the painting is in overall very good condition with some minor overpainting
Frank Proschwitzry Freyburg (1862-1939/40)
Born in Germany, Freyburg was a painter of both landscapes and portraits
The artist studied at the RA School, and during 1910-11 worked and exhibited from Piazza Studios,
St Ives. At the March Show Day 1911 he exhibited A Yorkshire Quarry,
Washing Day and a highland scene. In 1913 the artist moved to London, living at Westbourne Park.
