Oil on board, signed indistinctly to lower left. A gilt plaque to the front simply reads “Elmtree” possibly a Warwickshire landscape famously known for its old elms. I know little else about this picture apart from it is hung on mine and at one interval my sisters wall for the past 20 odd years. It has certainly got the look. Unrestored, showing some paint loss and damage to gilt frame.
