A charming little Victorian landscape oil on wooden panel. The piece is very competently handled and shows sheep on a path at dawn or dusk. The piece is signed to the lower right but is somewhat illegible. There is a title on the reverse ‘Near Ansty’ which is a village in Warwickshire. The work is in excellent untouched condition. The frame is not the original but has some age to it and is of a very good quality and in good condition. A charming little decorative painting that is ready to hang.
