Antique George 11 Geometric Oak Potboard Dresser and Rack C1750 Wdb5023/1.9

Description

Antique george 11 oak dresser and dating from aorund 1750. The rack has oak back boards with cornice top and geometric frieze above three shelves with plate grooves and to the front of the shelves and sides it has original beading which is a very nice feature of the rack . The base has a plank top above three geometric shaped drawers and edged with beading all the drawers are oak lined with slightly later brass drop handles. It stands on squared and shaped supports with a plank pot board and stands on bracket feet.

The top removes from the base for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the georgian period.

Measures: 94" high to top of rack X 33" high to top of base X 19" deep X 73" wide

(internal depth of rack 5")
