Antique Oil Painting Venus Reclining Manner of Boucher

Description

This is a beautiful oil painting after Francois Boucher 1703-1770 of Venus reclining in a languorous pose, passing roses to an attendant putti. The painting, on canvasboard is in excellent condition and is attractively mounted in a giltwood frame that measures 22 cms by 40 cms. The painting itself being 37 cms by 16 cms overall.
