Robert Belcher Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.

The painting is an interior view with Henry sitting at a table wearing a most elaborate jewelled tunic, fur robes and a hat decorated with ostrich feathers. Anne Boleyn is equally well attired as are the other connoisseurs at the viewing. This painting is done with the same extremely detailed style of brushwork that is normally found on portrait miniatures and even though we have not been able to find a reference to this artist we would feel he or she was probably a specialist miniature portrait artist of some high acclaim. The work has its original handwritten gilt title and is signed A Suchdore.
It is presented in a finely moulded gilt and dark brown frame. Circa 1900
