Signed. Circa 1900.

Oil on canvas. Inscribed on the reverse of the stretcher.

Now framed and cleaned and in very good ready to hang condition. Free UK delivery. William Greaves (1852-1938) was born in Leeds, Yorkshire. He studied at Sheffield College of Art and painted mostly oil paintings of the Yorkshire and Sherwood Forest areas. He exhibited widely including works at the Royal Academy, Liverpool, Manchester and The Royal Institute of Oil Painters.
