Description

A very good quality aneroid barometer from the 1920's. Quite large and unusual in it's design with a square head and barley twist columns with a wasted lower section encompassing the mercury thermometer. Towards the bottom is a silver plaque reading 'Presented to W.J.WATSON ESQ Jan 31st 1923 by the staff of the Bury CORPORATION ELECTRICITY DEPT as a token of the esteem of which he is held. All in excellent condition.
