WelshAntiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The top of the base has a moulded edge above three drawers, with a smaller central drawer and shaped panel below, flanked by doors with square and rectangular applied panels, and with panelled ends.

The brass handles and escutcheons are Victorian replacements but very attractive.
(Some old damp damage on the reverse of the top rail of the base where the dresser stood against the wall - see last pic.)
