Three Romantic Regency Tinsel Prints

A charming group of three Regency tinsel prints all relating to romance. The titles of the works are: ‘True Love’ ‘Courtship’ and ‘Matrimony’ with each showing a very fashionable couple. The prints are all printed by J. Fairburn in London and have been hand coloured. All the prints have appliques of fabric and studs adding sparkle and depth. The works are all in good bright condition with one having a couple of worm holes from a previous mount. The three are all identically framed in black frames which they have been in for a good number of years but would not be the original. The whole make a very interesting and decorative group. C.1820.
