Michael Brockway, born 1919, signed and dated 1964. Christ Church from the meadow Oxford. Lovely condition in its original paint and parcel gilt frame. Sketchy free style drawing. Brockway studied at the Ruskin school of drawing and under Simon Bussy in France.
