This is a beautiful antique oil on canvas seascape painting of a stunning coastal scene with fishermen returning to harbour in a storm, by David Horatio Winder, (1855-1933) signed and dated 1926.
 
 
This painting features cloudy skies with a fishing boat returning to harbour in a storm with fisherfolk awating it on a landing and other vessels sailing past.
 
 
The colours are incredibly vibrant for its age and the painting is in it''s beautiful original giltwood frame.
 
 
Condition:
 
In excellent condition the painting and frame having been beautifully cleanedd in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
