A charming and fine oil on canvas laid to board depicting the beach at Lowestoft. The painting is beautifully worked in the soft tones of sunset and with quick, confident brushstrokes. The work has been professionally cleaned and is in excellent condition. There is a signature to the lower right however it is somewhat illegible. The painting is mounted in a Victorian period gilt frame which does have some minor repairs and a great untouched look. A beautiful little painting ready to hang.
