A charming oil on canvas landscape painting. The work shows a beautiful scene with a stream and houses in the distance. The painting is painted in thick impasto oils and has a very impressionist feel. The painting appears unsigned. It has been professionally cleaned and is in excellent condition. The work is framed in fine quality modern gilt and swept frame which is in excellent condition. The whole is a great decorative work and ready to hang. C.1900.
